We use two types of tobacco, both extremely rare and chosen for its excellency. Our main batch comes from a small farm in Brazil and is aged for 25 years. Our exclusive leaf is 1942 Cuban Picadura Seco Volado tobacco, originally hidden then forgotten in Lancaster, PA for over 50 years. All blends are finished with a Brazilian Vigoroso Maduro wrapper. Formed in the traditional Cuban style and inspected for perfection, every time.

All of our blends were artistically created by J. Castañon using the finest tobacco possible. J. Castañon's legacy first began in Cuba rolling at the legendary Cohiba Cigar Factory. His journey continued in the USA by rolling cigars at the country's oldest cigar shop, Demuth's Tobacco Shop in Lancaster, PA. Today, J. Castañon continues to develop wonderful new blends from the Dominican Republic.
